Cancellation Policy

When cancellations are made 15 days prior to the start date of your trip your credit card will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip will incur a $200 per trip day cancellation fee and will be charged against your credit card. No shows, without a cancellation, will be charged the full amount.

Reducing the number of days per stay is considered the same as a cancellation and clients are subject to the same policy as stated above.

Weather Cancellations
Lodging or Guide Trips cannot be cancelled by the client due to weather.  All trips are subject to weather conditions. Our professional guides work well and the fish feed well under most weather and river conditions. However, guide trips are subject to be canceled due to a lightning storm while on the river.  If a trip is cancelled due to bad weather, or poor river conditions, all monies are refunded in full.  Cancellation of trips due to these special conditions is at the sole discretion of the guide and Aztec Anglers.  If you fish 4 hours or less you will only be charged for a half day rate, if you fish over 4 hours a full day rate will be charged.
