This special package includes two full days of guided fly fishing via float trip on the San Juan River, one full day of guiding fly fishing on the high mountain streams near Durango, Colorado, four nights lodging at the Historic Strater Hotel in downtown Durango. Also included are four deluxe continental breakfasts, one welcome cocktail and three streamside lunches. This package allows for a free day to explore Durango or book another day of fishing.
Durango offers many activities including white water rafting, hiking, golfing, shopping, riding the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad through the scenic Animas canyons or just enjoying the San Juan Mountains. The Mahogany Grille is an exquisite yet casual dining experience located in the Strater Hotel. Entrees like Veal a la Forestiere, Broiled Elk Tenderloin in a Blackberry-Sage Sauce, Sautéed Ruby Red Colorado Trout, Lemon Chicken Tortellini and our famous Pepper Steak Herbert have made the Mahogany Grille a perennial favorite of locals and visitors alike. No deposit is required. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not secure without a valid credit card on file. The full amount will be processed to your credit card the day before the beginning of your trip. Credit card receipts will show charged under Aztec Anglers LLC. A gratuity to the guide will be greatly appreciated.
